We are looking for Freelance Touring Crew with industry knowledge and experience in lighting, video, rigging, and staging to come join the 4Wall team!  

What you will be doing:

While every day is different at 4Wall, you may be responsible for reading technical drawings, prepping equipment for tour, loading equipment in/out of trucks and venues, setting up equipment, programming and making show ready. Tasks may be physically demanding including climbing, lifting, operating equipment, etc. You will be working collaboratively with 4Wall crew members, tour production staff, and other vendors. Additional duties assigned as needed. Assignments will be all over the US and may include Canada and other international locations.

What you bring to the table:
Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, excel at working as part of a team, have regular/mobile access to email for job communication and details, can lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, be able to stand for extended periods of time, and be on time. Programming, rigging, lighting, video skills, and leadership experience are a plus. 

What you should know:
This position is temporary/freelance basis.
Events are located all over the United States and may include Canada or other international destinations. 
Pay rate varies based on position and skill level.

Our recruitment process goes as follows:

2. Our recruitment team will review your application. If you are qualified, we will pass it along to the hiring manager. If you aren’t, we will let you know as we don’t like to leave people hanging.
3. Interviews – most likely a phone interview and then an in-person interview.
4. Job offered – if selected, the hiring manager will contact you to offer the specific jobs.
